Deep Fried Coconut Balls

Coconut ballsIngredients |
1. Prawns 1/2kg
2.Egg 1
3.Corn flour 2tbsp

4.Worcestershire sauce 1tbsp
5.Ginger 1 piece
6.Coconut powder 1 cup
7.Oil 1tbsp
8.Finely chopped green chilies 2-3
9.Spring onions 1
10.Finely chopped capsicum ½
11.Finely chopped carrots 1 piece
12.Salt as required
13.Black pepper powder 1/4tsp
5.Ginger 1 piece
6.Coconut powder 1 cup
7.Oil 1tbsp
8.Finely chopped green chilies 2-3
9.Spring onions 1
10.Finely chopped capsicum ½
11.Finely chopped carrots 1 piece
12.Salt as required
13.Black pepper powder 1/4tsp
Method;-
1. Wash, and 1/2kg prawns and chop them in a food processor together with 1 spring onion,1tbsp oil, 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 egg,2tbsp corn flour, salt as required and 1/4tsp black pepper powder.2. Add ½ chopped capsicum, 1 piece of ginger,1 piece chopped carrot and 2-3 chopped green chilies to the prawn mixture and mix well
3. Spread the coconut powder, on a plate.
4. Shape the prawn mixture into medium sized, dumplings and dredge, in the coconut powder
5. Deep fry the, prawn balls, until golden brown
6. Serve with, ketchup or your favorite dip.
